Step by Step process to get H1/H4 visa stamped in Canada

I have Indian passport and already received H1b extension approval (I-797) from my employer. I live in Seattle which is hardly 2.5 hours from Vancouver, CA. I have heard  H1/H4 visa stamping in Canada is really smooth. In my case, current visa is already expired (expired on 08/2018) and I did not want to get visa stamping done in India (Yes, I have Indian passport) due to personal reason.
